LIQUID LEVEL CONTROLLER

Operation

PLLP - Liquid Level Controller (Filling & Emptying)
1. Filling Mode (No Link) On Power-up, Red LED is ON. If liquid drops to Low level, Relay will be ON. When liquid reaches Upper level, Relay will release. Unit will remain in this position, or repeat operation as levels move between the two set levels.
2. Emptying Mode (Link 8-9) As above, but in reverse order. When liquid reaches Upper level, Relay is ON; and Lower level Relay will be OFF.

MULTI VOLTAGE COMPARATOR RELAY

Operation

PVC - Multi-Voltage Comparator (Hysteresis Adj. 10-30%)
On Power-up, Red LED is ON. If voltage is below set-value, the Relay will be OFF. If voltage is over set-value, Relay will energize (Yellow LED ON), indicating that the controller has tripped. The controller will maintain this condition until applied voltage drops to hysteresis setting.
Using Latch Function (Join 8-9)
If voltage exceeds set-value, Relay will energize (Yellow LED ON), indicating that the controller has tripped. The controller will remain in this condition irrespective of voltage value. The controller will only reset by removing power or latch 8-9.

SINGLE PHASE COMPARATOR

PSPU1

Operation

PSPU1 - Single Phase Window Detector
On Power-up, if voltage within set values, Yellow LED is ON (Relay ON). If voltage exceeds Upper value, Red LED is ON (Relay is OFF). If voltage drops below Lower value, Green LED is ON (Relay is OFF). Relay is only ON when Yellow LED is on. Link 8-9 As above, but if voltage veers outside pre-set values, the unit will latch in that condition. To release, remove power or link.
Link 9-11 On Power-up irrespective of condition, unit is ON for 10 sec. After this time, unit will function as normal.

PPST - Motor Start Protection Monitor
On 1~ start attempt, 1~ LED and 1-Hour timer will commence. 2nd start attempt will light 2nd LED and on 3~ start attempt Lock-Out relay will energise (Red LED ON). To reset, remove power or wait for 1-Hour.
